Questions people ask
Does my crew have to download an app?
No. They open the link, sign in with their email, and add VanCrew to their home screen. It looks and works like an app, with notifications, and there's nothing to install from an app store.
Does it replace our job management system?
No, it sits alongside it. Your job system runs the jobs. VanCrew handles everything around them: the vans, the kit, the team and the bits that usually live on paper, a whiteboard or WhatsApp.
How do people sign in?
With their email address. They get a six-digit code or a one-tap link, and stay signed in on their phone. If your team uses Microsoft 365 or Google, they can sign in with that too.
How does payment work?
You set up a Direct Debit through GoCardless's secure page. VanCrew never sees your bank details. Nothing is taken for the first 30 days, and you're protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
What happens to our data?
Each company's data is kept in its own separate store, and photos are only visible to people signed in to your company. You can export your leads, checks and ideas at any time.
Can we cancel?
Any time. Email us or cancel the Direct Debit, and that's it. No contract and no notice period.
